Differently™
What if the answer isn't another answer?
What if it's a different way of thinking?
Nicola Tyler challenges leaders to see differently, think differently and act differently, turning complex challenges into new possibilities and tangible business results.
Think Differently™
In a world of constant change, complexity and uncertainty, leaders need more than information. They need the ability to think differently.
Nicola's signature keynote challenges audiences to examine how they think, how perception shapes decisions, and how deliberate thinking can create better possibilities, better decisions and better business results.

What happens when Nicola enters the room?
I cannot recommend Nicola highly enough and genuinely credit her as one of the primary contributors to several successful turnaround strategies I have been fortunate enough to be a part of during my tenure with TFG.
What sets Nicola apart is her innovative and fresh thinking, as well as her talent for customising her approach to cater to the unique needs and personalities of the team.
